The ECM detects an open circuit condition of the low side driver circuit for greater than 10 s.

P023B 

The ECM detects a short to ground on the low side driver circuit for greater than 10 s.

P023C 

The ECM detects a short to voltage on the low side driver circuit for greater than 10 s.
