Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify the left lower daytime running lamp turns ON and OFF while commanding the Left Lower Park/Daytime Running Lamp ON and OFF with a scan tool.
    • If the left lower daytime running lamp does not turn ON and OFF 

      Refer to Daytime Running Lamps Malfunction.

    • If the left lower daytime running lamp turns ON and OFF 
  3. Verify the right lower daytime running lamp turns ON and OFF while commanding the Right Lower Park/Daytime Running Lamp ON and OFF with a scan tool.
    • If the right lower daytime running lamp does not turn ON and OFF 

      Refer to Daytime Running Lamps Malfunction.

    • If the right lower daytime running lamp turns ON and OFF 
  4. Refer to Ambient Light Sensor Malfunction - without CE1 or Rain/Ambient Light Sensor Module Malfunction - with CE1.
