Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify that no power seat DTCs are set.
- If any power seat DTCs are set
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If no power seat DTCs are set
Verify that all power seat functions operate when being controlled by the S64D Seat Adjuster Switch - Driver.
- If any power seat function does not operate
  Refer to Power Seat Malfunction (Driver or Passenger Seat Sedan without Memory A45) Power Seat Malfunction (Driver Seat Sedan or Coupe with Memory A45) Power Seat Malfunction (Driver 6-Way Seat Coupe) Power Seat Malfunction (Passenger 8-Way Seat Coupe) Power Seat Malfunction (Passenger 6-Way Seat Coupe) Power Seat Malfunction (With W2E) .
- If all power seat functions operate
Verify the scan tool Driver Lumbar Support Horizontal Switch parameter changes between Inactive and Forward and Rearward when pressing the lumbar switch in both directions.
- If the parameter does not change during either of the commands
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Seat Lumbar Support Switch Circuit Test.
- If the parameter changes during each of the commands
Refer to Circuit/System Testing - Seat Lumbar Support Pump Circuit Test.
