1	Front Bumper Fascia Front Tow Hook Access Hole Cover Procedure Using a small plastic flat-bladed tool release the bottom locking tabs and pull down from the front bumper fascia. Using needle nose pliers release the v-notch hook from the retainer hole in the front bumper fascia and remove.
