1	Front Bumper Fascia Front Tow Hook Access Hole Cover Procedure Using an appropriate tool, release the bottom locking tabs and pull down from the front bumper fascia. Using needle nose pliers release the v-notch hook from the retainer hole in the front bumper fascia and remove.
