Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front differential flange. Refer to Front Differential Carrier Flange Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Drive Pinion Seal

  2. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the drive pinion seal (1). Take care not to damage any sealing surfaces.
