Installation Procedure

- Inspect the brake pad guide pins and brake pad spring for damage or excessive corrosion and replace, if necessary. Front Disc Brake Mounting and Hardware Inspection
- Install Disc Brake Pad Spring (1)
- Install Brake Pad Guide Pin (1)
- Ensure the brake pad guide pins are fully seated in the brake caliper.
- Install Brake Caliper Guide Pin (1)
- Install Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) 33 N.m (24 lb ft)
- Install Tire and Wheel Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series)
