Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front side door outside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement (Sedan) .

  2. Remove the front side door outside handle bracket screw (1) from the door (2). Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement (Sedan)

  3. Remove the door outside handle bracket (1) and the front side door latch (2) assembly from the vehicle as one. Refer to Front Side Door Latch Replacement (Sedan) .
  4. Remove the front side door lock rod from the cylinder.

  5. Remove the front side door outside handle bracket cable retainers (2) from the bracket (1).
  6. Remove the front side door outside handle cable from the latch. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Cable Replacement (Sedan) .
  7. Remove the front side door lock cylinder from the handle bracket. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Cylinder Replacement (Sedan) .
