Headlamp Washer Pump Hose Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (V) .
1	Headlamp Washer Pump Hose Procedure Note the routing of the headlamp washer pump hose for installation. Disconnect the headlamp washer pump hose from the right and left headlamp washer nozzle spouts. Release the headlamp washer pump hose from the charge air cleaner outlet duct clips. Disengage the headlamp washer pump hose from the right side washer nozzle bracket reinforcement. Disengage the 2 clips, at the lower part of the park and fog lamp bracket to release the hose. Disengage the headlamp washer pump hose from the clip at the right side of the park and fog lamp bracket. Remove the headlamp washer pump hose from the front bumper fascia.

Procedure

Note the routing of the headlamp washer pump hose for installation.
Disconnect the headlamp washer pump hose from the right and left headlamp washer nozzle spouts.
Release the headlamp washer pump hose from the charge air cleaner outlet duct clips.
Disengage the headlamp washer pump hose from the right side washer nozzle bracket reinforcement.
Disengage the 2 clips, at the lower part of the park and fog lamp bracket to release the hose.
Disengage the headlamp washer pump hose from the clip at the right side of the park and fog lamp bracket.
Remove the headlamp washer pump hose from the front bumper fascia.
