Two/Four Wheel Drive Clutch Coil Installation

| 1 | Clutch Coil Stud O-ring Seals
NOTE:
The clutch coil stud O-ring seals are not serviceable separately. If seal damage is present, replace the clutch coil assembly. |
| 2 | Two/Four Wheel Drive Clutch Coil
NOTE:
Carefully slide the wires through the holes in the case to avoid damage to the wire coating. |
| 3 | Coil Nut
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in) |
| 4 | Conduit
NOTE:
Slide the conduit over the synchronizer coil wires to install. |
| 5 | Two/Four Wheel Drive Inline Wiring Connector
NOTE:
Insert the wires into the connector and install the connector assembly. |
| 6 | Pump Plug
NOTE:
Install a new pump plug as required. |
