1	Oil Distribution Hub Seals Procedure Lubricate the hub seals with transfer case fluid prior to performing the sizing procedure. The seal sizing procedure must be performed to ensure proper fit and sealing of the hub to the rear case seal bore. NOTE: The oil distribution hub seals are not available as separate service parts. If seal damage is present, the hub and seals must be replaced as an assembly. Special Tools DT-50978 Seal Sizer Equivalent regional tools:Special Tools .
2	Oil Distribution Hub Procedure Lubricate the OD of the oil distribution hub with grease to retain it into the rear cover bore. Install the hub into the rear case until seated in the bore. Special Tools J-36850 Transmission Assembly Lubricant Equivalent regional tools:Special Tools .
