Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON, engine ON. Let engine run for at least 1 minute.
Ignition OFF for at least 30 seconds to allow for the complete shutdown of the K69 Transfer Case Control Module.
Ignition ON, engine OFF.
Verify that no other transfer case DTC's are set.
- If any other transfer case DTC's are set
  diagnose them first.
- If no other transfer case DTC's are set
Verify that DTC C0569 is not set.
- If DTC C0569 is set
  Perform the Transfer Case Clutch Identifier procedure. Refer to Transfer Case Control Module Scan Tool Information .
- If DTC C0569 is not set
All OK.
