Check failure records for further information on the conditions present when this DTC set.
Make sure system voltage is above 9.0 volts as Special Functions will not work correctly if the system is below this voltage.
The default actions for DTC P0562 or P0563 may cause this DTC to set.
The transfer case drain plug is a good source for ground.
