Any time the clutch pack assembly, the K69 Transfer Case Control Module, or the transfer case assembly has been replaced, the Transfer Case Clutch Identifier Configuration/Reset function needs to be run.
If power is lost during Transfer Case Clutch Identifier Configuration/Reset, the transfer case control module may get stuck in a programming loop and will not be able to update. If this occurs, and the DTC resets, replace the transfer case control module.
