Transfer Case Information Label

The Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) calibration can be identified by the clutch calibration identification number (1) located on the transfer case assembly label. There are 9 variations of production TCCM programming.
- In situations where the transfer case assembly is replaced, the TCCM is to be reprogrammed to the clutch calibration value (1 - 9) as indicated on the NEW transfer case assembly label.
- In situations where the transfer case assembly is repaired and the clutch pack assembly has been replaced, reprogramming of the TCCM is required using the service calibration (variation 9). After completing TCCM re-calibration, the service calibration label (2) is to be installed onto the production label. The service calibration label is to be installed on top of the existing calibration identification. The service calibration label can be identified as having a red background color and the number 9 black in color.
- In situations where only the TCCM is replaced, the TCCM needs to be reprogrammed to the correct clutch calibration value (1 - 9) as identified on the transfer case assembly label.
