Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor Replacement (226mm eLSD)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS-V) .
  2. Remove the differential clutch pump bracket bolts to gain access to back side of the rear axle differential lock control actuator assembly. It is not necessary to disconnect the differential oil hoses. Refer to Rear Axle Differential Lock Control Actuator Replacement (226mm eLSD) .
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the transmission fluid pressure sensor.
1 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor

Procedure

  1. Remove the transmission fluid pressure sensor.
  2. Install the NEW transmission fluid pressure sensor.
  3. Fill the differential clutch fluid. Refer to Approximate Fluid Capacities .
  4. Perform the Rear Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed. Refer to Rear Differential Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed .

Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
