1	Rear Axle Shaft Procedure Using the J-2619-01 Slide Hammer and the EN-24420-C Crankshaft Balancer Puller, remove the rear axle shaft. Using the appropriate tool, install the rear axle shaft Special Tools J-2619-01 Slide Hammer EN-24420-C Crankshaft Balancer Puller For regional equivalent tool, refer to Special Tools .
2	Rear Axle Shaft Retaining Clip Procedure Remove and discard the retaining clip. Replace with NEW only.

Procedure

Using the J-2619-01 Slide Hammer and the EN-24420-C Crankshaft Balancer Puller, remove the rear axle shaft.
Using the appropriate tool, install the rear axle shaft

Rear Axle Shaft Retaining Clip
Procedure
Remove and discard the retaining clip. Replace with NEW only.
