Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector Replacement (226mm eLSD)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS-V) .
  2. Disconnect the differential oil cooler outlet hose. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector Disconnection and Connection .
  3. Disconnect the differential oil pump inlet hose. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector Disconnection and Connection .
1 Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector (Female 16 mm)

Procedure

  1. Remove the limited slip differential clutch pipe connector.
  2. Install the NEW limited slip differential clutch pipe connector.
  3. Fill the differential clutch system. Refer to Rear Differential Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed .

Tighten 
28 N.m (21 lb ft)
2 Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector (Male 18 mm)

Procedure

  1. Remove the limited slip differential clutch pipe connector.
  2. Install the NEW limited slip differential clutch pipe connector.
  3. Fill the differential clutch system. Refer to Rear Differential Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed .

Tighten 
31 N.m (23 lb ft)
