Installation Procedure

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the drain plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Fill the rear differential to the proper level with the proper fluid. Refer to Rear Axle Lubricant Level Inspection , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers .

Install the rear differential fill plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
