Differential Oil Pump Inlet Hose Replacement (226mm eLSD)

Preliminary Procedure Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS-V) . Install a drain pan under the vehicle.
1	Differential Oil Pump Inlet Hose Assembly Procedure Remove the differential oil pump inlet hose assembly. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector Disconnection and Connection . Install the NEW differential oil cooler outlet hose assembly. The hose must be installed at an angle of 15.3° (a) before tightening. Fill the differential clutch fluid. Refer to Rear Differential Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed . Tighten 31 N.m (23 lb ft)

Differential Oil Pump Inlet Hose Assembly

Procedure

Remove the differential oil pump inlet hose assembly. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Connector Disconnection and Connection .
Install the NEW differential oil cooler outlet hose assembly. The hose must be installed at an angle of 15.3° (a) before tightening.
Fill the differential clutch fluid. Refer to Rear Differential Hydraulic System Service Fill/Bleed .

Tighten
31 N.m (23 lb ft)
