Installation Procedure

- Pull the left front bushing into the differential (2) using DT-50806 bushing remover/installer (1).
- Pull the left front bushing until it is flush fitted.
- Install the differential assembly. Refer to Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (LFX, LTG) Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (LF4) Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (LCV)
- Install the wheel drive shaft assemblies. Refer to Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (LGX, LTG)Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (LF4, LCV) , Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Left Side (LCV, LF4)Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Left Side (LTG, LGX)
- Install the rear wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series)
- Remove the safety stands.
- Lower the vehicle to the ground.
NOTE:
Before installing, the bushing must be correctly aligned and oriented. Mount orientation is critical for noise and vibration performance.
