Conditions for Setting the DTC

C0394 05 

The rear differential oil temperature sensor signal voltage is greater than or equal to 4.88 V.

C0394 06 

The rear differential oil temperature sensor signal voltage is less than or equal to 0.126 V.

C0394 08 

The rear differential oil temperature sensor signal voltage is between 4.88-4.28 V.

OR

The rear differential oil temperature sensor signal voltage is between 0.21-0.126 V.
