Component Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness at the Q49 Rear Differential Clutch Solenoid Valve.
  2. Test for 8-10 Ω between the control terminal 1 and the control terminal 2.
    • If not between 8-10 Ω 

      Replace the Q49 Rear Differential Clutch Solenoid Valve.

    • If between 8-10 Ω 
  3. Test for infinite resistance between each terminal and the Q49 Rear Differential Clutch Solenoid Valve case.
    • If not infinite resistance 

      Replace the Q49 Rear Differential Clutch Solenoid Valve.

    • If infinite resistance 
  4. All OK.
