Installation Procedure

- Install the charge air cooler outlet air tube (2) to the vehicle.
- Connect the charge air cooler outlet air tube (2) to the charge air cooler (3) and engage the retaining clip (1).
- Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) .
- Install the charge air cooler outlet air tube (1) to the throttle body (2) while rotating the collar clockwise.
- Connect the intake air pressure and temperature sensor electrical connector.
NOTE:
The charge air cooler is equipped with a locking collar. Rotate the charge air cooler collar clockwise to lock the charge air cooler.
