Gear Selector -N- Position Learn

NOTE:
The Gear Selector -N- Position Learn procedure is required after any of the conditions listed below regardless of whether DTC P086F is set or not:
- A neutral position sensor replacement
- An engine control module (ECM) replacement
- Any repairs which affect the neutral position sensor relationship
- Perform each step listed below:
- Set parking brake
- Block drive wheels
- Place transmission in Neutral
- Cycle ignition from OFF to ON
- Using a scan tool, select Gear Selector -N- Position Learn and perform the procedure.
- The scan tool will display Neutral Position Sensor Status parameter is Neutral if the process was successful.
- Turn OFF the ignition, the learn procedure has successfully completed.
