Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS) .
  2. Remove the front tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series) .
  3. Remove the front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (All Wheel Drive) .
  4. Remove the front tire air deflector. Refer to Front Tire Front Air Deflector Replacement .

  5. Remove the front wheelhouse liner front extension fasteners (1).
  6. Remove the front wheelhouse liner screws (2).

  7. Remove the front wheelhouse liner plastic retainers (1).
  8. Remove the front wheelhouse liner screws (2) and remove the front wheelhouse liner (3) from the vehicle.
