Installation Procedure

- Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) on the vehicle.
- Install a NEW transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe fitting seal (1).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (2) in the transmission.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe bolt (1) in the transmission and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe clip bolt (1) in the engine oil pan and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clip (3)@Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (4)@Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clip (1) @Radiator Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @Radiator
- Install Front Wheelhouse Liner Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)
- Install Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement (All Wheel Drive)
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
