Installation Procedure

  1. Position the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (1) on the vehicle.

  2. Clip the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (1) in the engine oil cooler bracket.

  3. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Bolt and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Install Front Bumper Fascia Center Support. Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement
  5. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe.Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03) 
  6. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe. Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03) 
  7. Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure
  8. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
