Removal Procedure

Remove the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (LGX, LTG) .

Remove the engine mount bracket bolt (1).

Remove the engine mount bracket bolts (1).
Remove the engine mount bracket (2).

NOTE:

Engine mount brackets are magnesium. To prevent galvanic corrosion, the bracket includes pressed on spacers on the back side. Even though it is highly unlikely, the pressed on spacers may loosen and fall off during engine mount bracket removal. Ensure the spacers are in place before reinstalling an existing bracket.
