Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Engine mount brackets are magnesium. To prevent galvanic corrosion, the bracket bolt includes a pressed-on aluminum washer. Ensure the washer is in place and not damaged. Replace the bolt if the washer is damaged or missing.

  1. Install the engine mount bracket (2).
  2. Install engine mount bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).

    NOTE:

  3. Install engine mount bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
  4. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (LGX, LTG) .
