Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Replacement (LTG with KL9)

Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) . Remove auxiliary heater outlet hose from the heater water auxiliary pump. Refer to Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with M3L, KL9) . Remove heater outlet hose from the heater water auxiliary pump. Refer to Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9) . Disconnect the electrical connector from the heater water auxiliary pump. Remove the wiring harness retainer from the heater water auxiliary pump bracket.
1	Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

Disconnect the electrical connector from the heater water auxiliary pump.
Remove the wiring harness retainer from the heater water auxiliary pump bracket.

Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Fastener (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
50 N.m (37 lb ft)
