Preliminary Procedures Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG) . Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG) . Remove the left front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) . Remove the front air deflector assembly. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement .
1	Air Conditioning Condenser and Condenser Hose Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Bolt Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Nut Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
4	Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube Sealing Washer (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove and discard the old sealing washers and replace with NEW sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement .
