Preliminary Procedures Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation . Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.
1	Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Cover Fastener (Qty: 5) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Air Conditioning Evaporator Upper Tube Cover Procedures Replace the appropriate part during disassembly. Replace the air conditioning evaporator tube seal.
3	Air Conditioning Evaporator Lower Tube Cover Procedures Replace the appropriate part during disassembly. Replace the air conditioning evaporator tube seal.
