Preliminary Procedures Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) . Remove the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly from the thermal expansion valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LCV, LTG) .
1	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Sealing Washer (Qty: 2) NOTE: Remove and discard the old sealing washers. Replace with NEW sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement .
