Preliminary Procedure Recover the air conditioning system refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) . Remove Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF4, LGX)
1	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution . Tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
2	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
3	Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Seal (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
