Installation Procedure

- Install the air conditioning evaporator hose to the vehicle
- Install NEW sealing washers. (1) (Qty: 2) Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (3) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Hose Nut (2) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (1) @ Front Wheelhouse Panel
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install NEW sealing washers. (4)
- Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser Tube
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (1) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (2) @ Front Compartment Inner Side Rail
- Install and tighten Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Install Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4)Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
