Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  2. Remove Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) »Remove
  3. Remove Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LGX)

  4. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)

  5. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt (1) (Qty: 2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (2)

  6. Remove Front Cradle Shear Plate (2). Refer to Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series)

  7. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (3)
