Installation Procedure

  1. Install Air Conditioning Compressor (3)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Stud (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor (3) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  4. Install Front Cradle Shear Plate (2). Refer to Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series)

  5. Install and tighten Air Conditioning Compressor Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  6. Install Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX) 
  7. Install Drive Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LGX)
  8. Install Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
  9. Recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
