Front Side Door Replacement (Sedan)

Callout	Component Name
1	Front Side Door Check Link to Body Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Apply masking tape to the door edge and fender. Remove the water deflector. Reposition the door harness boot at the pillar and disconnect the door electrical connector. Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2) Procedure Support the door before removing the hinge bolts. With an assistant, remove the door. Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4	Front Side Door Procedure If replacing the door, transfer components as necessary. Adjust the front side door as needed. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment .
