Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
    2. Fig 1: Radiator Outlet Hose (LGX)

  2. Disengage Hose Clamp (1)

    GE-47622  Hose Clamp Pliers

  3. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator

  4. Remove Air Cleaner Assembly (1)- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)

  5. Disengage Hose Clamp (2)

    GE-47622  Hose Clamp Pliers

  6. Remove Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @Water Pump Inlet Pipe
  7. Remove the radiator outlet hose (1) from the vehicle.
