Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Remove Air Cleaner Assembly - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
  3. Remove Oil Level Indicator Tube - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement (LGX)

  4. Remove Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe Retainer (1)
  5. Remove Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe (2)

  6. Remove Engine Oil Cooler Fitting (1) and DISCARD
