Installation Procedure

- Install Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Assembly (1)
- Loosely Install Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt (1)
- Install Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt (2) and tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
- Install Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt (1) and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt (1) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Engage Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Connect Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Hose (2)
- Install Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Retainer (1)
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2)
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Clamp Bracket Nut (1) and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Install Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
- Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX)
- Check and correct the engine oil level. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, RWD)Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, AWD)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
