Preliminary Procedures Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG) . Remove the engine mount vacuum filter from the engine coolant fan shroud. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement . Disconnect the engine coolant fan motor electrical connector from the fan control module. Unclip the transmission fluid cooler pipes from the engine coolant fan shroud, if equipped.
1	Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Procedure Transfer all necessary parts.

Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG) .
Remove the engine mount vacuum filter from the engine coolant fan shroud. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement .
Disconnect the engine coolant fan motor electrical connector from the fan control module.
Unclip the transmission fluid cooler pipes from the engine coolant fan shroud, if equipped.
