Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LTG with VO3)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (ATS-V) . Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG) . Remove the charge air cooler outlet air tube. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement (LTG) . Remove the engine mount vacuum filter from the engine coolant fan shroud. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement . Disconnect the engine coolant fan motor electrical connector from the fan control module and reposition the wiring harness out of the way. Remove the radiator upper brackets. Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX) .
1	Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Procedure Unclip the transmission fluid cooler pipes from the engine coolant fan shroud is equipped. Transfer all necessary parts.

Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG) .
Remove the charge air cooler outlet air tube. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement (LTG) .
Remove the engine mount vacuum filter from the engine coolant fan shroud. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement .
Disconnect the engine coolant fan motor electrical connector from the fan control module and reposition the wiring harness out of the way.
Remove the radiator upper brackets. Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX) .

Procedure

Unclip the transmission fluid cooler pipes from the engine coolant fan shroud is equipped.
Transfer all necessary parts.
