Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)
    2. Fig 1: Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector - Center

  2. Remove Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector (4) - Front Air Deflector Replacement
  3. Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)

  4. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1)
  5. Unclip Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (2)
  6. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.

  10. Disconnect the electrical connector. (2)
  11. Remove Push Pin (1) @Engine Coolant Fan Shroud

  12. Unclip Engine Mount Vacuum Filter (1) @Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement

  13. Remove Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1)
  14. Unclip Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (2) @Engine Coolant Fan Shroud
