Installation Procedure

- Install Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (1) @Radiator Assembly
- Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator Assembly - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Install Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Assembly - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with V03)
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (2) @Radiator Assembly - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LTG With RWD, With V03)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LTG With AWD, With V03)
- Secure Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (2)
- Install Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1) @Radiator Assembly and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Secure Engine Mount Vacuum Filter (1) @Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement
- Push Pin (1) @Radiator Assembly
- Connect the electrical connector.(2)
- Install Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG)
- Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (2) - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LTG)
- Install Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (4) - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ATS)
- Secure Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (2)
- Install Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1) @Radiator Assembly and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector (4) - Front Air Deflector Replacement
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Fill and inspect the transmission fluid level.
- Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
