Installation Procedure

- Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3)
- Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (2)
- Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose@Charge Air Cooler (2)
- Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Install Front Bumper Fascia - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (V)
- Install Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4)
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
