Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Radiator Air Baffle. Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) 
  2. Remove Radiator Air Baffle. Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4) 
  3. Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4)

  4. Remove Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) and DISCARD
  5. Disconnect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2)

  6. Release Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1)

  7. Release Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Quick Connector Retaining Spring (1)
