Installation Procedure

  1. Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose

  2. Engage Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Quick Connector Retaining Spring (1)

  3. Engage Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Quick Connector Retaining Spring (1)

  4. Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1)
  5. Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2)

  6. Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1)
  7. Install Radiator Air Baffle.Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) 
  8. Install Radiator Air Baffle.Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4) 
  9. Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4)
