Inspection Procedure Oil Pan

- Inspect the oil pan for the following conditions:
- Damage to the front differential hole (1)
- Damage to the oil filter sealing surface (2)
- Gouges or damage to the oil pan sealing surfaces (3)
- Damage to the high pressure part seal area (4)
- Damage to the positive crankcase ventilation separator drain bolt hole (5)
- Damage to the brace mounting bosses (6)
- Gouges or damage to the lower oil pan sealing surfaces (7)
- Damage to the engine oil level switch mounting holes (8)
- Damage to the engine oil level switch hole (9)
- Repair or replace the oil pan and/or oil pan components as necessary.
